A Message to our Loyal Customers
After what seems like a long temporary closure due to Coronavirus, we were delighted to re-open the shop on Tuesday 16th June 2020.
We are open Tuesdays to Saturdays, (regular hours) but not on Sundays for now.
In line with Government directives and responding to the current situation, we have adapted well to the ‘new normal’ to present a safe and comfortable environment. Plexi-screens have been introduced on serving surfaces and customers and staff must wear face masks within the premises. The whole of the shop has been sanitized with surface protector. As we are a small retail space, customer numbers are limited within the store via the door entry system and we are asking customers to arrive wearing a face mask and use hand sanitizer on entry; these measures are to keep both staff and clients safe and well. Unfortunately we are unable to admit dogs (except Guide Dogs). We will continue at all times with the robust hygiene and cleaning routines already established.
It is advisable to pre-book an appointment to make your visit to us as swift as possible and lessen any likelihood of waiting to be admitted; please let us know a convenient date and time either by email or via the appointment system on the website. Naturally we would hope appointments will run to time to avoid any wait outside but unfortunately cannot guarantee this. When collecting jewellery, if acceptable, to speed up your visit to us and lessen physical use of the PDQ machine, paying in advance, either over the phone or by Bank Transfer is available. Apologies for the ‘new rules’; right now it seems a very strange way for us to be welcoming customers but no doubt will begin to feel normal in the course of time.
